0014247875660 , 01893399397 to say it,s BT and my router has been hacked and an engineer need to attend to it immediately or BT will switch off my broadband

"Your BT broadband will be turned off in the next 24 hours. Press 1 to talk to our engineer" ... WOW!!!

Indian accented guy with an English name said my internet connection was infected. He said BT will disconnect my internet service since the viruses in my computer was sending out spam. I had to tell him to f*** o** since he wouldnt let go until I share IP address and what not!

BT's Indian call center staff are stealing personal info of customers and passing on to scammers. This is why the endless scam calls, as stated below, are happening. If they care for customers, should get out of India

Received a call from an Indian woman (01347832854 ) saying my BT broadband router was infected and needs to be reset. She said she would take me through the "process" .... BIf BT calls it would be from their 800 numbers not from 01347832854 or any other!

BT Customer Service called me from India (!) (the accent was truly Indian) and said my IP address is "compromised" and they need to remote login to my router! Wanted the credentials! Wow! What a scam! They would access your computer to steal data, beware!! SCAMMERS from INDIA. BT customers Beware!
